1. Preamble

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern your access to and use of the Tenmia platform. By creating an account and using our services, you unreservedly accept all of these terms.

2. Service Description

Tenmia is a SaaS platform offering specialized AI agents to automate business tasks: product analysis, sourcing, writing, marketing, and other professional activities. Access to features depends on the subscription plan purchased.

3. Registration and Account

To use Tenmia, you must:

  • Be an adult individual or a legally constituted company.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tenmia offers several subscription plans. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize Tenmia to charge the corresponding amount for the chosen period.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated before the renewal date.
  • No refunds are granted for partially used periods.
  • You can modify or cancel your subscription from your customer area.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the service.
  • Extract or scrape data without authorization.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without written permission.
  • Submit malicious, defamatory, or rights-violating content.

6. Intellectual Property

Tenmia and all of its content (logos, text, code, interfaces) are the exclusive property of Tenmia Inc. You retain ownership of the data you import or generate via the platform. We claim no rights to your business content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tenmia is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Termination

Tenmia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion will result in the erasure of your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.
